Mr. Weiler graduated from the University of Michigan Law School, cum laude, in 2004. Prior to that, he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Michigan in Economics, summa cum laude with departmental honors, where he was also elected to Phi Beta Kappa.

For sixteen years, Mr. Weiler has been a fierce advocate for clients in high-stakes antitrust, technology, finance, privacy, and consumer cases. For example, Mr. Weiler was a key part of a team that recovered $399 million in the landmark Cipro litigation under California’s Cartwright Act. Mr. Weiler has successfully defended claims brought under state and federal RICO statutes, California’s Unfair Competition Law, and California “Blue Sky” laws. Mr. Weiler also successfully defended a foreign sovereign nation against a class action brought by U.S. parties. Mr. Weiler delivers practical, business-oriented advice to companies navigating cutting-edge issues in the technology, finance, manufacturing, and entertainment markets.
